The kids are back in their routines. The weather is turning cooler and it’s dark earlier. The weeks ahead are full of holidays, parties and the ever present multitasking we are all faced with.

Personally, I welcomed my return to a fitness routine from a summer of several trips away. I need that fitness routine – mentally and physically. However, I still feel like the indulgences of the summer haven’t left my body. I need to refresh, preferably before the holidays are here and my besties are always in my face – wine and sweets!
