What can I expect from a personal training session?

Once we get to know each other, we will design a personalized workout that will work toward achieving your goals while having fun and accommodating any restrictions or limitations you might have at the moment.

What if I don’t like doing a certain type of exercise?

We will work together to find a fitness strategy that fits your comfort level. We will also provide opportunities for you to stretch beyond that comfort level and challenge yourself. 

Can I do personal training with a friend?

Absolutely! Reach out to us and we will work on designing a small group session for you and your fitness friend.
